1、patternedlvtclickflooringinstallationpreparation

(1)Materialsandmainmachinery:

a.patternedlvtclickflooring:thesurfaceoftheslabshouldbeflat,smooth,nocracks,uniformcolor,consistentthickness,straightedges,thereshouldbenodebrisandbubblesintheboard,andshouldmeetthetechnicalspecificationsoftheproduct,whenthefieldtohavethefactorycertificateofconformity.

b.Patternedlvtclickflooringboard:materialandcolormeetthedesignrequirements.

c.WhentransportingLVTflooring,itshouldbeprotectedfromsun,rainandimpact;instorage,itshouldbestackedinadryandcleanwarehouse,and3mawayfromheatsources,anditsambienttemperatureshouldnotbegreaterthan32°C.

d.Adhesives:shouldbedeterminedbytestaccordingtotherequirementsofthematerialslaidonthegrass-rootslevelandtheuseofsurfacematerials.Adhesivesshouldbestoredinacool,ventilated,dryroom.Morethanthreemonthsaftertheproductionperiodoftheproduct,shouldtakeasampletest,qualifiedbeforeuse.Morethantheshelflifeoftheproduct,shallnotbeused.

Adhesivescanbeusedethylene(polyvinylacetateemulsion),neoprenetype,polyurethane,epoxyresin,syntheticrubbersolutiontype,asphaltand926multifunctionalconstructionadhesive,etc..Shouldbeplacedinacoolplaceforstorage,avoiddirectsunlight,andisolatethesourceoffire.

2、Theinstallationconditionsofpatternedlvtclickflooring:

(1)Thegroundpipelinehasbeeninstalledandhasbeenpressuretestedandqualified.Acceptanceproceduresarecompletedaftermeetingtherequirements.

(2)top,wallsprayingorwallframingandallpaintingworkhasbeencompleted.

(3)Interiorwooddecorationandpaintingworkhasbeencompleted.

(4)Thecementmortarlevelinglayerofthegroundandskirtinghasbeenplastered,anditsmoisturecontentshouldnotbegreaterthan9%.

(5)Indoorrelativehumidityshouldnotbegreaterthan80%.

(6)Thesampleshouldbemadebeforetheconstruction,forthegroundwithpatternedrequirements,shoulddrawoutthegeneralpattern,bythepartyandqualityinspectiondepartmentacceptance,beforetheconstructionofalargearea.

3、patternedlvtclickflooringoperationprocess

(1)Processflow:

Substratetreatment→self-leveling→sanding→bulletline→testpavement→brushsubstrateadhesive→pavementLVTfloor

(2)Basetreatment:

Flooringgrass-rootslevelforcementmortarplaster,thesurfaceshouldbeflat(itsflatnessusing2mstraightedgeinspection,theallowablegapshouldnotbegreaterthan2mm),hard,dry,freeofoilandotherimpurities.Whenthesurfaceispockmarked,sandedorcracked,itshouldbetreatedwithemulsionputty(withtheratioofcement:107rubber:water=1:0.2~0.3:0.3),andthethicknessofeachbrushshouldnotbemorethan0.8mm,andafterdrying,itshouldbepolishedwithironclothNo.0,andthenpaintedwiththesecondcoatofputtyuntilthesurfaceisflat,andthenpaintedagainwithwaterdilutedemulsion(withtheratioofcement:107rubber:water=1:0.5).2.2Afterthegroundispoured,thesurfaceofthegroundmustbecleanedup,andnootherprocesspersonnelshouldbeallowedtooperatebeforetheLVTflooringispaved.

(3)bulletline:intheroomlength,widthdirectionbulletcrossline,shouldbedesignedaccordingtotherequirementsofthegridpositioning,accordingtotheLVTfloorspecificationssizebulletoutoftheslabgridline.Iftheroomlength,widthsizedoesnotmeettheboardsizemultiples,shouldbepoppedalongthegroundaroundplusstripedgingline,generally200~300mmfromthewallisappropriate.Slabpositioningmethodsgenerallyhavediagonalpositioningmethodandrightanglepositioningmethod.

(4)testpaving:beforepavingLVTfloorblock,accordingtothepositioningdiagramandbulletlineshouldbefirsttestpaving,andnumbering,thegrass-rootscleanup.

(5)preparationofadhesive:theingredientsshouldbecheckedbyapersonbeforetherawmaterials,withorwithoutthefactorycertificateandfactorydate,theoriginalagentintheoriginalcylinderstirredevenly,suchasfoundintherubbergluemass,discolorationandimpurities,cannotbeused.

(6)Brushthesubstrateglue:afterthegrass-rootscleanup,firstbrushathinanduniformbondinglayerofsubstrateglue,waitforittodry,accordingtothelocationofthebulletlinealongtheaxisofthepaving.

(7)PavingLVTfloor

Pastepatternedlvtclickflooring:Afterunpacking,usecleanclothtocleanthedustonthebackofLVTfloor.Itshouldbepastedfromthecrosslineoutward,andwhenemulsion-typeadhesiveisused,itshouldbeevenlycoatedwithadhesiveonthebackofLVTfloorandthegrass-rootslevelatthesametime.
